Microsoft CRM 2011 – Learn how to use services to schedule service activities

Customers are often interesting in using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for services, usually in terms of dealing with cases and sometimes they want to schedule services.

I know CRM 2011 has some functionality regarding this area but not many people now what functionality is available within CRM 2011.  I have found a couple of interesting videos on this area by PythagorasCRM.
