The mighty Jim Glass had a great post on his extremely popular CRM Blog, which I recommend you subscribe to, you can view it here.

I’m not quite sure of Jim’s offical title but I know he does something important over at Microsoft with the CRM team.  What I do know is he has a brilliant CRM blog which has really interesting articles.
