An update about recent events surrounding our accreditations with Microsoft. The Microsoft UK team decided that all their resellers, like Metaphorix, had to undergo a process of recertification that involved all our staff reaching a much higher standard of training and capability to get the coveted Gold Partner Status badge.
I am happy to report that we achieved it in our chosen category, ERP, in double quick time – but what does it mean, and especially what does it mean to you.

Metaphorix Ltd – 28/06/11 – achieved Gold Certification from Microsoft in Enterprise Resource Planning. To earn Gold Certification, Metaphorix had to meet rigorous standards for the Enterprise Resource Planning competency, including revenue, service, support and customer satisfaction requirements set forth by Microsoft.
Partners with Gold status in competencies represent organisations (and associated individuals) that have demonstrated the highest, most consistent capability and commitment within a targeted business solution area. Gold competencies reward this deep expertise and high commitment with benefits including tailored, competency-specific benefits based on solutions offered, and core benefits such as training, channel incentives etc.
