Microsoft Office SmartArt is great for workflow and organisational diagrams

I have recently been using Microsoft Office SmartArt to show workflows when writing specifications.

The SmartArt picture allows you to quickly add text to pictures, which makes making workflows or other organisation diagrams quick and easy.  Below I have quickly made an organisation chart of the government.  You can see the text box on the left is where you add the text and then the SmartArt displays this into the graphic you have chosen.  Adding new levels is easy.
